Overview
Pennyworth is a 2019 crime drama television series created by Bruno Heller for Epix, based on the DC Comics character Alfred Pennyworth. The second season continues the story of Alfred Pennyworth. The fascist government has been overthrown, but Britain is now in a state of chaos. Alfred is trying to build his security company while dealing with new threats, including a criminal organization called the Raven Society. The second season was a critical and commercial success, praised for its continued stylishness and its character development.
