Lost Season 6
Overview
Lost is a 2004 science fiction adventure drama television series created by J.J. Abrams, Damon Lindelof, and Jeffrey Lieber for ABC. The sixth and final season continues the story of the survivors. The season is told in two timelines: one in which the survivors are still on the island, and one in which they never crashed. The "flash-sideways" timeline is actually a form of purgatory, where the survivors are waiting to move on together. The survivors on the island confront the Man in Black (Titus Welliver), a smoke monster who wants to destroy the island. The final episode, "The End," is a deeply emotional conclusion to the series. The survivors reunite in the flash-sideways and remember their lives. They move on together into the light. Lost is a landmark of television, a series that changed the way stories are told on television.
