You is a 2018 psychological thriller television series created by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble for Lifetime, later moving to Netflix. The series is based on the novel of the same name by Caroline Kepnes. The series follows Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), a charming, intelligent, and obsessive bookstore manager who falls in love with a customer, Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail).
